He learned me to smile.

Daydreaming, on a lazy afternoon.

"A daydream is a visionary fantasy, especially one of happy, pleasant thoughts, hopes or ambitions, imagined as coming to pass, and experienced while awake. […] While daydreaming has long been derided as a lazy, non-productive pastime, it is now commonly acknowledged that daydreaming can be constructive in some contexts. There are numerous examples of people in creative or artistic careers, such as composers, novelists and filmmakers, developing new ideas through daydreaming. Similarly, research scientists, mathematicians and physicists have developed new ideas by daydreaming about their subject areas." (Read more about daydream on wikipedia.)

Daydreaming, on a lazy afternoon, I was vaguely looking for a contemplative entertainment. Ok, let's go at Etsy.com and search among nine million of handmade listings with two keywords. Smile (why not) and strange (and why not). I landed here: RobotsAreAwesome, from Orlando USA, a shop full of wonderful smiling robots. Lovely finds!

Fall. It was in Fall when my friend Jack introduced me to the British band I Monster. But was it in Fall 2009 or 2010? I can't tell. Anyway, since that druggy night, every day the electronic dream pop duo cheers my ears up.
